Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Design plans call for the construction of a 4,428,442-square-foot, 25-story above grade, 5,564-unit multi-residential development; retail development; restaurant; and parking garage. Construction of a high-density development , with a mix of commercial and residential use at the West End Mall (Mumford & Chebucto Roads, and Joseph Howe Drive). Project will be a major redevelopment of the Halifax Shopping Centre Annex – the shopping mall property bounding by the CN Rail, Mumford Road and Leppert Street.
