HALIFAX — Hazelview Properties’ flagship rental community Story of Willet West in Halifax’s Clayton park neighbourhood is scheduled to open in early 2026 and will include two towers.
This news marks the latest chapter in Hazelview’s Story of Home collection, a series of purpose-built rental communities across Canada.
Comprised of 530 rental units across two 17-storey towers, Story of Willet West™, at 210-124 Willet, includes bachelors to three-bedroom apartments, all at market rent, explains a release.
The “South Tower” will welcome its first residents in January 2026, followed by the “North Tower” in April 2026.
Both towers will feature two levels of underground parking, 12,000 square feet of indoor amenity space and 15,000 square feet of rooftop terraces along with outdoor gathering areas. The design also made space for fitness and yoga studios, social lounges and children’s play areas.
