DALLAS – Crystorama will highlight the connection between color, design, art and intention during a special Lightovation workshop in Dallas next month.
The event, scheduled for Jan. 12 at 11 a.m. in Crystorama’s showroom, TM3503, in inspired by Sherwin-Williams’ 2026 Color of the Year, Universal Khaki. Participants will write their personal intentions for the year on mini canvases. Throughout the event, artist Lori Johnson will transform each canvas into a small custom artwork, layering color, movement and emotion to create a meaningful keepsake to take home.
As attendees discover how color and light influence both mood and environment, Ashlynn Bourque, design marketing manager at Sherwin-Williams, will offer insight about the Color of the Year. At the same time, staging expert Nikki Watson, co-founder of the Design Besties, will stage a showroom vignette based on Universal Khaki, highlighting Crystorama’s show introductions through layered light and design.
