Many rug makers at this week’s Las Vegas Market were pleased with the attendance and the number of orders placed. Despite concerns about the winter storm hitting much of the country, exhibitors didn’t experience as many cancellations as expected. Plans are now beginning for the High Point Market in April.

Some of the highlights from Vegas Market include:

The Alden collection, shown here in ivory/blue carmel, is woven in Turkey with a plush high-low microfiber polyester pile. The texture adds dimension and tactile luxury. Its modern transitional patterns are offered in seven distinct designs/colorways.

Paint Chip

Inspired by a painter’s palette, the Paint Chip Hand Micro-Hooked wool rug is adding these two new colorways. Made from 100% wool, the rug works well in high traffic areas.

Manor

The Manor collection, shown here in Cadet, is crafted in India from 80% wool and 20% nylon, using machine technology. The wool pile offers a rich texture underfoot, while subtle variations in tone and detail lend each rug a gently lived-in character.

The Scofield collection, shown here in denim, offers a plaid pattern and flatwoven 100% wool construction. The rugs are also available in beige, red and sage.

A high-end collection of classic traditional florals hand-knotted using premium hand-spun wool yarns featuring a zero pile. The collection has 15 colorways.

The Melbourne collection, shown here in ash, is made of wool and nylon pile with accents of viscose and is hand tufted in India.

Ravello

This Persian-inspired rug has an intricately woven high-low pattern, presented in soft aqua and taupe, brings a decorative touch to bedrooms and low-traffic areas of the home.

Besni

The Besni rug collection features hand-knotted, 100% made in India, known for their Bohemian Global style and low-pile construction. These durable rugs often showcase traditional Kars motifs with a soft, neutral palette.

Cavett

The Cavett collection is part of the (Rugs by Oriental Weavers) brand. It features modern, low-profile machine-made rugs with a mix of contemporary and traditional-inspired designs. The rugs are constructed from a durable blend of polypropylene and polyester. The collection includes 13 rugs with various patterns and colors.

Monarca

The new Monarca collection, available in beige (shown here) and silver, features an artistic abstract design. The 100% wool rug is machine made in Turkey.

The Nara collection includes six patterns and colorways, sand/smoke is shown on the top here and grey/rose is shown on the bottom. The rugs are hand knotted in India from wool, cotton and viscose.

The Tula collection adds warmth and texture with its ultra-soft shag construction. Crafted from polyester fibers that replicate the look of real fur, each rug offers a plush surface underfoot.
