Kier, Bowmer & Kirkland and Morgan Sindall have all signed contract to expand, renew or replace secondary school buildings around England.
Kier Construction has won a £69.3m contract for a new school building for Upton-by-Chester High School in Cheshire. Construction formally starts this month, with project completion expected in July 2028.
Bowmer & Kirkland has a £43.8m contract to regenerate Gosford Hill School in Kidlington, Oxfordshire. Contract completion here is February 2029, according to the contract award notice.
Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure has a £16.3m contract to build new facilities for Burnside Secondary School, a pupil referral unit in Chingford, Essex, with project completion due in March 2028.
