The business employs around 350 people directly and operates across southern England, Wales and the UK’s energy network. It says it has delivered significant year-on-year improvement, driven by a focused strategy in its core markets of coasts and ports, energy, and water, with additional delivery across infrastructure and building schemes. It says that it is in the early stages of securing long term work under AMP8.
It has strengthened its balance sheet, with net assets increasing by £2.1m and a year-end cash position of £12.6m, providing, it says, a solid foundation for continued investment and development.
Recent contract awards and framework positions, including renewable energy schemes and marine infrastructure projects, are expected to support continued growth into the next financial year.

The firm has reorganised with two sectors, water and energy, delivered centrally to specialist clients, while its coasts and ports sector and infrastructure and building projects divisions work through regional centres in South and South East England and in Wales.
