Butler will lead the company’s regional building service line, aiming to ensure continued focus on delivering the company’s five-year growth plan and maintaining strong operational performance across the regions.

To support Butler in his new role, Martin Horne has been appointed regional managing director, building north, with responsibility for Yorkshire, the North East and the North West. Richard Boeg has been appointed regional managing director, building south. The appointments aim to further strengthen Tilbury Douglas’ regional leadership structure and supporting continued geographic growth. In addition, Kabir Salihi has been appointed to the role of regional director, north west.

Craig Tatton, CEO at Tilbury Douglas, said, “Our order book now stands at £1.6bn and we are continuing to see growth across the regions. As we develop the business in line with our five-year plan, it is essential that we maintain absolute focus on delivering the plan and ensuring operational excellence. These appointments further strengthen our leadership team and position us well for the next phase of growth.”
