Warren joins Kier from brick manufacturer Michelmarsh, and has previously held roles at British Airways, Aer Lingus, Wincanton, and Sage. In her new role she will spearhead Kier’s financial shared service centre, working alongside Kier group finance director Basil Mendonca.
Warren said, “I am delighted to be joining Kier at such an exciting time for the organisation. With long-term investment in UK infrastructure, I see a wealth of opportunity and I am looking forward to supporting the Group’s ambitious plans.”
Tom Hinton, Kier’s chief financial officer, added, “Rachel is a fantastic financial leader who has decades of experience in transforming complex, operational businesses.”
