Jefferson will head up Ramboll’s water practice in the UK and Ireland, further enhancing Ramboll’s established position as a critical supply chain partner. He will play a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering key programmes and projects across the sector, ensuring sustainability and resilience are prioritised at every stage.
Jefferson has 20 years’ experience in senior commercial roles in the water sector, both on the client and contractor side, and over 10 years’ senior experience in a regulated water business. Bringing with him a deep understanding of the sector and exceptional leadership skills, Jefferson will focus on further developing Ramboll’s client relationships, increasing key stakeholder engagement across the business, delivering commercial value for clients, and ensuring the sustained growth and development of Ramboll’s projects and team.
