The officially began this weekend with limited restocks of fan favorites including the Stillwater Floral Quilt, Edgecliff Pull, Ann Occasional Table and other items, HVLG said. Items were featured on the Schoolhouse website, along with links to all products that are in stock.

Staple schoolhouse items will be continuously restocked in the coming months, the company said, and the brand will expand with new products and lines.

“What’s always made Schoolhouse special is its warm, approachable design perspective and commitment to products made to live with and last,” said HVLG President Malaina Matheus. “As Schoolhouse steps into this next chapter with HVLG, our priority is thoughtfully evolving the brand while preserving the integrity, craftsmanship and character that define it.”

HVLG characterized the relaunch as “a natural alignment between two companies deeply committed to design-driven products and enduring craftsmanship.”

Schoolhouse, which is based in Portland, Ore., is a brand beloved by its customer base, HVLG communications manager Sophie Bullinger told Home Accents Today earlier this year, noting that HVLG is committed to maintaining its unique voice. The brand has a direct-to-consumer base, as does Mitzi, a lighting brand under the HVLG umbrella. HVLG’s other lighting brands include Hudson Valley Lighting, Corbett Lighting, Troy Lighting and Sonneman.

Schoolhouse’s brick-and-mortar showroom in Portland was not part of the HVLG acquisition, and the company does not currently have any brick-and-mortar plans for the brand, Bullinger said. Schoolhouse will be featured at all tradeshows that HVLG participates in, she said.
