GoodWeave International, a network of non-profit organizations dedicated to ending illegal child labor in the rug making industry, is holding its annual rug raffle this month.
The company said the raffle offers an opportunity to win a luxury handmade rug that has been donated by one of GoodWeave’s business partners.

Timed to coincide with World Day against Child Labor each June, the raffle raises awareness about protecting children in global supply chains, particularly in the South Asian weaving communities where they are often forced to work.
Those who participate in the raffle will support programs that provide educational opportunities to children and access to childcare, as well as rehabilitation and educational support for former child laborers.
Raffle funds also help to mobilize communities to keep children in school, empower adolescents and promote pathways into safer work for young people.
This year’s grand prize is the Bars Ocean rug, which is valued at $12,960. Donated by Warp & Weft, a boutique rug studio based in New York City, the 9′ x 12′ rug is inspired by the bold, geometric quilts of Gee’s Bend, a small Alabama community renowned for its quilt-making traditions. The rug is made in Nepal from hand-spun Tibetan wool and carries the GoodWeave label, which assures it was made free of child and forced labor.
Tickets are $25 each and for every $100 spent, participants will receive a bonus entry to help them improve their odds. You can participate by clicking this link.

Ruggable has launched its new collection with Mrs. Alice. With summer starting this week, the collection’s outdoor styles will help to elevate any outdoor setting and make summer hosting effortless, according to the company.
“We’re honored to partner with Mrs. Alice on a collection that embodies her signature whimsy,” said Cassandra Leisz, Ruggable senior creative director. “This partnership is rooted in the shared belief that hosting should be enjoyable and hassle-free. With styles that combine Mrs. Alice’s refined and playful aesthetic and Ruggable’s functionality, our Ruggable x Mrs. Alice collection creates a warm, inviting space to celebrate both everyday moments and festive occasions.
Leisz said the rugs add a touch of warmth and charm to any room to create the perfect backdrop for capturing celebrations.
This collection offers a reimagined, modern interpretation of ikat and gingham patterns. Inspired by the idyllic tranquility of English country homes and gardens, these designs strike the perfect balance between style, playfulness and sophistication. Soothing pastel colors, delicate linework, and

garden-inspired motifs create a calm, welcoming atmosphere and evoke a sense of serenity in the home, reinforcing the notion that the home is a sanctuary.
The assortment consists of eight indoor rugs, two outdoor styles and two doormats, and is available in various sizes on Ruggable.com, with pricing for indoor styles starting from $119.
“Entertaining should feel joyful, not stressful,” said Alice Naylor-Leyland, Mrs. Alice Founder. This collection brings together my love of whimsical detail with Ruggable’s practical magic. Every piece is designed to help the host with beauty and ease. So many of life’s special moments happen at home, and I wanted this collection to serve as a backdrop for these unforgettable memories.”

Revival Rug is offering two new collections, including Hana, the most lightweight and low-profile washable rug the company has offered and Folk, a new customer favorite.
Both collections offer a fresh perspective on tradition, with globally inspired design and Revival’s signature focus on form, function, and care-friendly construction, according to the company.
Hana, launching on June 26, is just 7mm thick and offers a lightweight, low-profile rug designed for effortless care.
The rug is made from a soft, stain-resistant polyester-cotton blend and was inspired by the Korean Dansaekhwa movement, Zarina’s geometric prints, and Rothko’s color field. It features tonal, textural designs with a subtle sheen that are pressed and stitched for durability and wrinkle resistance.
The newly available Folk offers a modern spin on Turkish folk art, combining soft texture with practical washability.
Woven from velvety polyester chenille with recessed, high-low motifs, the rug is machine washable, low-profile, and shed-free. Designed in-house by Revival, the rug has motifs abstracted from traditional floral, star, and tree-of-life patterns. It is available in three distinct styles: Star, Forest, and Petal.
