DALLAS — Hinkley is revamping Fredrick Ramond, its luxury lighting brand, at Lightovation this week.
The collection of more upscale, large scale and visually striking fixtures strengthens its position in the high-end luxury market with architectural statements, said Lauren Lovett, Hinkley’s director of decorative product.
This new era of Fredrick Ramond is defined by statement-making lighting designs “focused on handcrafted artistry, luxurious hand-touched finishes and opulent materials,” said Hinkley’s content manager, Adam Smithberger. The brand has been refreshed with lighting families inspired by contemporary art, progressive architecture and innovative craftsmanship, he added.
Among the new collections in the portfolio are the floral-inspired Anthos family and the Fantine collection. Anthos has a romantic, Parisian feel, with delicate floral petals and feminine arms, Lovett said. Fantine features layered, sculptural glass that plays with light and shadow.
Hinkley acquired Fredrick Ramond in 2009.
