As previously reported, Coleto Brands, parent company of Kichler and Progress Lighting, has revamped its leadership structure, shifting Executive Chairman Vijay Shankar into the CEO slot. , the former CEO, has left the company after four years at the helm. Hudson Valley Lighting Group has named media executive as its new senior art director. “With an extensive background in editorial, digital media, and brand creative leadership, Neubeck brings a refined design perspective and deep industry expertise to the role,” the company said in a release.

Neubeck previously held creative positions at House Beautiful, where he contributed to the brand’s distinctive visual storytelling and editorial direction. He also served in leadership roles at Hearst Digital Media, working on Airbnb Magazine and Uncommon Path magazine. Earlier in his career, Neubeck worked with Gilt Groupe, where he helped elevate the brand’s luxury visual identity, and founded Neu Studio, a multidisciplinary creative studio focused on branding and design.

In his new role at HVLG, Neubeck will lead creative direction across brand, product storytelling and integrated campaigns, reinforcing the company’s position as an industry leader in luxury lighting design.

Visual Comfort & Co. has opened a new showroom in Bethesda, Md., that showcases its design partners and includes an immersive demonstration area highlighting the company’s decorative lighting, architectural lighting and lighting controls.
