Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Scarborough, Ontario. Working plans call for the construction of a 430,488-square-foot, two-story above grade data center facility; for site work for a data center facility; and office development. Construction of a new Data Centre – Phase 2 of the campus known as TOR01B/TOR01C. This building will be located south of the existing building. The development consists of 39,860 sq m of office and data hall space.
