Kilner spent a decade with the RAF, at RAF Leeming and RAF Coningsby, where he supervised a team responsible for the maintenance, servicing and repair of ground equipment. At Ibstock Concrete, he was an engineering supervisor, responsible for machinery maintenance, site upgrades, and capex projects.
In his new role he will be involved with reviewing data and documentation for accuracy, interpreting mechanical processes and material information, and handling customer enquiries. He will also prepare quotations, work closely with suppliers, visit customers, and identify growth opportunities for BJD Crushers.
