The 158,904 sq ft warehouse and 5,000 sq ft office space were delivered for Peel Ports Group, and will be used as the headquarters for specialist wood manufacturer Finsa.
The development comprises a 158,904 sq ft single-span warehouse with a 52m clear span, alongside a two-storey cross-laminated timber (CLT) office. The scheme has been designed and delivered with sustainability and long-term performance at its core.
Key features of the development include integrated photovoltaic panels, battery storage, rainwater reuse systems, and the use of sustainable timber throughout the office structure. A full Cat B fit-out provides high-quality office, showroom, and trade counter facilities, complemented by EV charging infrastructure, landscaping, and enhanced external works.
