Varaluz has long supported children who have been victims of sexual abuse, trafficking and exploitation. To raise awareness of this cause, Varaluz will give away one Hope Lamp, a sweet, bird-shaped lamp created in collaboration with a trafficking and abuse survivor, the Malouf Foundation and Ciana Lighting, each day during Lightovation next week.

“The Hope Lamp embodies everything we believe design can be,” said Varaluz founder and design lead Ron Henderson. “It is beautiful, purposeful, and deeply meaningful. We are honored to be a part of this initiative to help bring comfort and hope to children who need it most. Every lamp purchased extends that mission and helps create spaces where healing can begin.”

Attendees can enter to win a lamp by visiting the Varaluz showroom (DTM 4507), taking a photo of their favorite Varaluz product, posting it to Instagram and tagging it @Varaluz and using the hashtags #Hope2Win and #VaraluzHope.

Adesso redesigned its website earlier this month, offering a cleaner layout and improved navigation. The website also includes new purchasing tools designed to simplify the ordering process. Among the additions are an optimized add-to-cart function and enhanced product selection capabilities, including a dropdown menu that allows users to view and select alternate finishes.

A major focus of the redesign is expanded functionality for trade account holders. Logged-in users can access real-time pricing, inventory availability and warehouse information. The platform also provides estimated restock dates for out-of-stock products and displays current inventory quantities to help customers plan projects and purchasing decisions. You can read more about that roll-out here.
