Asphalt Drum Mixers (ADM), a manufacturer of asphalt plants and asphalt processing equipment, announced the appointment of Brady Umberger as president, effective June 22, 2026.
Umberger brings extensive leadership, operational and customer-focused experience to the role. He previously served as director of operations of BOMAG Americas, where he played a key role in strengthening the organization’s operational foundation. Most recently, he served as chief operating officer of TAG Manufacturing, where he led initiatives focused on operational excellence, growth and organizational development.
ADM also announced that Mike Devine’s tenure as president concluded on June 22, 2026, following more than two decades of dedicated leadership and service to the company. Devine will provide transition support through July 19. Since assuming leadership of ADM in 2004, Devine played an important role in ADM’s growth, development, and long-term success.
During his tenure, he helped strengthen the company’s reputation for quality, innovation, and customer service while building lasting relationships throughout the asphalt industry.
