Rowe Furniture has promoted Laura Mabe to vice president of creative, and Stuart Hruza to vice president of enterprise transformation. In her new role, Mabe will collaborate closely with product, merchandising and marketing to ensure the Rowe brand remains relevant, consistent and differentiated in the marketplace. Mabe’s influence to date has spanned product direction, fabric, styling, photography and how the company presents itself to retailers, designers and consumers, said officials. Hruza’s responsibilities will include improving transparency and access to information, reducing unnecessary friction, strengthening connections across departments and identifying practical ways data, automation and technology can help Rowe operate more effectively. His promotion follows several years of leading the development of Rowe’s digital platform and capabilities.

RW Collective, the vertically integrated wholesale furniture company behind RW Custom Classics, Atelier Home, Beyond Borders Imports, Jes & Gray Living, Threads Republic and Southern Sky Home, has named Casey Bishop plant manager of its Saltillo, Miss., upholstery manufacturing facility.

Bishop joined the company in June 2026 and now leads day-to-day operations at the 200,000-square-foot plant, which RW Collective acquired in 2025 and is rebuilding as the anchor of its domestic upholstery platform.

Bishop previously served as senior manager of distribution at Ashley Furniture and as production and inventory control manager at Williams-Sonoma. In his new role, he is focused on building a scalable operating structure that supports RW Collective’s growth while raising the quality and customization the brand is committed to.

Vesta Home, a national luxury home staging, interior design and furnishing company, has appointed Michael El-Saleh as vice president of national sales. El-Saleh previously spent more than a decade in senior leadership at HomeAdvisor and most recently as vice president of enterprise sales at Angi.

Supply chain platform TrueCommerce has named Anthony Gallo chief product officer. Gallo will lead product strategy, management and design. Under Gallo, product priorities will center on AI-driven B2B commerce by building intelligent commerce capabilities on top of network transaction data, so customers get recommendations and automated action rather than only document exchange, the company said. Gallo will oversee the further convergence of network, platform and AI and trust and governance at network scale. Gallo joins TrueCommerce from Kinaxis, where he served as vice president of product management, platform innovation.
