DALLAS — A new Nambé store is opening in Inwood Village in Dallas this Saturday, featuring the design brand’s full product portfolio as well as exclusive collections.
The new store, Nambé’s eighth, is part of English parent company Portmeirion Group‘s drive to expand its brands’ footprint in the U.S.
Portmeirion Group is also hosting a pop-up store for its Spode and Portmeirion brands at the Jersey Shore Premium Outlet Center beginning Aug. 15. It will feature Portmeirion’s best-selling Botanic Garden collection inspired by the flora and fauna of the English countryside, as well as Spode’s iconic Blue Italian line that epitomizes British heritage.
“We are delighted to announce the opening of Nambé’s eighth U.S. store, along with the Spode and Portmeirion pop up store planned for early next year,” said Portmeirion CEO Mike Raybould in a release. “These exciting new openings further reinforce our commitment to expanding our international footprint and bringing our iconic, premium brands to a wider international audience.”
In a recent interview, Raybould told Home Accents Today that he wants to piggyback on the brands’ sales success in the U.S. last year by courting more independent retailers and offering more reinvented archival pieces, more targeted gifting SKUs and new design collaborations.
