HIGH POINT – Kichler lighting will participate in a new, dedicated Kitchen & Bath Association space debuting at High Point Market this fall.
The move to a more permanent, long-term presence in High Point is part of an effort to expose the kitchen and bath industry to a whole-home experience, according to Bill NKBA CEO Bill Darcy, and puts it in close contact with interior designers shopping the market. The NKBA hosted a pop-up in High Point last fall and signed a partnership agreement with High Point Market Authority a few months ago, sister pub Designers Today reported earlier this week.
The roughly 800 square-foot dedicated area will be in Broad Hall, which is located on the corner of Broad Avenue and Elm Street in High Point and owned by the rep firm Codarus.

Brian Nobbe, executive vice president of marketing for Coleto Brands, Kichler’s parent, called High Point Market a “must-attend” event for designers and specifiers. “As Kichler has been engaging more directly with this audience, establishing a presence where we can showcase our latest collections and connect with these thought leaders is critical,” Nobbe said. “Being able to partner with the NKBA allows us to do that in a way that facilitates broader space discussions and how our products accentuate how rooms look and function.”
Kichler’s participation in High Point Market will introduce it to a broader set of designers than it has connected with historically, Nobbe added. “And for those familiar with the brand, we will be able to showcase our latest collections that they may not have seen yet, giving them a slightly different perspective of Kichler.”
It is working with Kerrie Kelley, who is designing the space, to integrate products that enhance her designs and showcase what Kichler has to offer. “You will see our products from the moment you approach the building, with landscape and exterior lighting, and throughout the NKBA footprint, incorporated into the reception area and each vignette, as well as in the powder rooms on the first floor of Broad Hall,” Nobbe said.
Some of the other companies exhibiting in the NKBA space are Ferguson Home, Sherwin-Williams, Fabuwood and Miele.
In January, Kichler made its debut at the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show in Las Vegas with a 2,000 square-foot booth.
