TORONTO — Construction is underway for DBS Developments’ Metro Park Apartments, a purpose-built rental community in Toronto.
The 12-storey building, located North York at the intersection of Don Mills and Eglinton, will include 140 suites ranging from one to three bedrooms, plus two-storey townhomes.
Amenities includes a rooftop terrace, lounge and a party room.
According to a release, Metro Park Apartments represent the next chapter in DBS’s vision for the broader Metro Park master-planned community.
Construction expected to be completed by spring 2027.
