Designer Erin Gates is coming off a busy year with plans for … another busy year.
She just published her third design book in a series, Elements of Timeless Style: Creating a Forever Home, which offers tips and tricks for styling a whole home over time to reflect who you are as a person and a family.
“I’m really excited to have it out in the world, finally,” she told Home Accents Today Editor Anne Flynn Wear in an on-camera interview during High Point Market this week.
The Abbott collection, the designer’s most recent rug collection with Momeni is more colorful and playful than past collections, according to Gates. It draws inspiration from vintage Turkish Kilims, reinterpreting classic designs with modern, sophisticated color palettes. Crafted with durable wool tufted construction, each rug in the collection is resilient and resistant to shedding. The diverse designs offer timeless aesthetics in elegant, refined colors, making them a perfect blend of tradition and contemporary style.
Gates also just launched a new tabletop and bath collection with Cassatex, she is working on a mirror collection with Cooper Classics along with new wallcoverings for York Wallcoverings.
“I love designing products, accessories and accents,” she added.
