Design plans call for the construction of a 9,383,258-square-foot, 74-story above grade, 10,231-unit multi-residential development; and five-story below grade, 4,549-space parking garage. Redevelopment of the Toromont Lands located on Hwy 7. Construction includes 17 high-rise towers ranging from 43 to 74-stoeys and contain 10,231 residential units, and 30,092 m2 of commercial & non-residential uses within 4 development blocks (A-D) & 5 levels of underground parking.
