BASSETT, Va. — Bassett Mirror has expanded its sales representation in key U.S. markets, with Emily Meszkat, representing New York and Northern New Jersey; Kevin DiLegge, representing Illinois and Wisconsin; and Kristopher Lahn, representing Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.
“Emily, Kevin and Kristopher bring experience from different sides of the home furnishings business, making them strong additions to our sales team,” said Melissa Whitaker, CEO. “Their industry knowledge, commitment to service and focus on building strong customer relationships reflect the values that have defined BMC for more than 100 years.”
Meszkat spent more than 10 years as the principal of her own residential and commercial interior design firm, serving clients throughout New York and Connecticut. She also is a territory sales manager with Codarus.
DiLegge has more than 15 years of experience in the home furnishings and decor industry, with a background spanning territory sales, product design and development, and merchandising. A Chicagoland native and graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design, DiLegge has worked extensively with designers, retailers, manufacturers and national accounts throughout his career. He also is a territory sales manager with Codarus.
Lahn’s nearly 30-year career in the furniture industry began in retail while he was attending college in Minnesota. He went on to hold increasingly senior roles with a large family-owned furniture retailer, becoming general manager in 2010 before transitioning to sales representation in 2016.
