DALLAS – The Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas will return to a previous address for its seventh edition this fall.
For the third consecutive year, the Show House will premiere at 2999 Turtle Creek Boulevard. The approximately 25,000-square-foot property is located within a French Renaissance-style estate in the heart of Turtle Creek, adjacent to the iconic Rosewood Mansion. Owned by HN Capital Partners, which acquired the estate in 2021, the property has become a defining backdrop for the Dallas Show House.
In addition to functioning as a celebration of design, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas is an important philanthropic event benefiting Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, which provides thousands of young people with essential educational, enrichment and developmental programs. The Dallas Show House also supports two local organizations, Dwell with Dignity, which creates soothing, inspiring homes for families struggling with homelessness and poverty, and The Crystal Charity Ball, which supports children’s charities throughout Dallas County.

Officials noted that while the address will be familiar to past visitors, the 2026 Show House will highlight a new configuration that reveals more of the property and creates exciting opportunities for this year’s designers. For 2026, designers will reimagine the home with a new floorplan and previously unseen spaces, bringing fresh creative perspectives to areas of the property that have not been part of the Show House experience in past years.
“This third and final year hosting the Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas holds particular significance for us,” said Vipin Nambiar, founder and managing partner of HN Capital Partners. “Our ties to the Dallas Design District are longstanding and deep, and it has been a genuine privilege to welcome the designers and patrons who give this community its vitality. Watching the property reimagined each year has been a pleasure, but what we have valued most is the opportunity to engage with and champion the exceptional design community that has embraced Dallas and the Show House. We look forward to marking this final chapter in fitting fashion.”
Opening to the public for general admission ticket holders on Saturday, November 14th 2026, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas will welcome visitors for three weeks. Opening Night Preview tickets start at $500, offering guests an exclusive opportunity to be among the first to experience the transformed estate on Friday, November 13th, one day before the Show House opens to the public.
“We’re thrilled to bring the Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas back to Turtle Creek,” said James Druckman, President of the Board of Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. “One of the most exciting things about the Show House is seeing how each year’s designers completely transform the property, bringing their own perspectives and creativity to the spaces. We can’t wait to see how this year’s talented group reimagines the house, and to welcome visitors back to experience it for themselves.”
For nearly five decades, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House has brought together the design community to raise more than $35 million in support of Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. What began as a single fundraising event has grown into one of the country’s most anticipated design showcases, with Show Houses now taking place in New York, Palm Beach and Dallas.
The annual Kips Bay President’s Dinner Dallas will take place Thursday, November 12th, at Brook Hollow Golf Club, bringing together leading names in the design community, industry tastemakers, and dedicated supporters of Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club Tickets will be available soon at www.kipsbaydecoratorshowhouse.org.
