Three of Home Accents Today‘s Retail Stars have been nominated to win a Retailer Excellence Award in Dallas this month.
The REAs have been a hallmark of our sister publication, Gifts & Decorative Accessories, for more than 70 years. The program has expanded to include a home décor retailer, an award that will be presented onstage by Home Accents Today during the REA gala.
The three 2025 Retail Star finalists are:

Mustard Seed Market & Home, Blowing Rock, N.C.
Mix it Up Home, Coeur d’Alene. Idaho
The REA gala, which honors independent retailers for their achievements in multiple retail categories, will be held in conjunction with the Dallas Market Center’s Total Home & Gift Market. It will take place on June 18, 2025, at Dallas Union Station Grand Hall and includes a cocktail networking hour, a strolling dinner, an awards presentation and a seated dessert.
