WILMINGTON, Del. — In Top 100 retailer At Home Group‘s Chapter 11 filing in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware here, it listed $1,000,000,001 to $10 billion in estimated assets versus $1,000,000,001 to $10 billion in estimated liabilities to an estimated 10,001 to 25,000 creditors.
Its top 30 unsecured creditors represent more than $101.1 million of the Coppell, Texas-based retailer’s estimated liabilities, with one, U.S. Bank, accounting for $58 million itself.
The top 30 list also includes numerous home décor vendors, including those who wholesale area rugs, lighting and soft goods, among other categories.
