NEW YORK – , , and 18 other designers will participate in next month’s Kips Bay Decorator Show House New York. The event marks both its 50th anniversary as well as its first downtown location.

Located in a 9,000-square-foot Gold Coast mansion at 20 West 12th Street, the showhouse will open to the public September 30.

“This 50th anniversary milestone is not just a celebration of design but a tribute to the community,” said Daniel Quintero, executive director of the Boys & Girls Club. “We’re honored to gather the industry’s most creative voices in such a historically rich home, while continuing to raise vital funds for thousands of New York City children.”

Since its inception in 1973, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House has raised over $30 million for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, which serves more than 11,000 children and teens throughout the Bronx.
