
Site work for a mixed-use development in Contrecoeur, Quebec. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; bridge / tunnel; industrial development; and transportation facility. Construction of a container port terminal extending over 467 hectares with a maximum annual capacity of 1.15 million 20″ containers on owner’s property in Contrecoeur, located approximately 40 kilometers downstream from Montreal. The project will include the construction of a 675 meter quay with two berths to accommodate vessels from 39,000 to 75,400 deadweight tons. The project would also include the construction of a administrative building and a exploitation building, development of a seven-track rail yard, a container storage and handling area, an intermodal rail yard, support buildings, rail and road accesses, a truck control area and a viaduct on Route 132.
