OTTAWA – Effective Jan. 5, 2026, Bill Ferreira will become the Ottawa Construction Association’s (OCA) executive director, chairman Ken Crawford announced recently.
Ferreira has extensive industry knowledge after spending more than eight years as executive director of BuildForce Canada.
Prior to that he spent over nine years at the Canadian Construction Association in government relations.
Founded in 1889, the OCA is one of the largest regional construction associations in Canada with more than 1,100 firms active in all sectors of construction.
