TORONTO – Construction has officially started on The Bedford, a 13-storey boutique condominium at 287 Davenport Rd. in Toronto’s Yorkville-Annex neighbourhood.
The Bedford, which is being developed By Burnac, features architecture by Audax and interior design by Studio Paolo Ferrari.
It is inspired by the proportions and materiality of classic Parisian Haussmann architecture, a release describes, and is designed to complement the surrounding streetscape and pay tribute to the neighbourhood’s character.
It will offer hotel-inspired services including a 24-hour valet, concierge and dedicated porter staff, complemented by upscale amenities for entertaining and private wellness and fitness.
Completion is anticipated for 2028.
