One of the best representations of all that is latest and greatest in residential design is (TNAH), sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders of America and presented by the Leading Suppliers Council and Pro Builder.

This remarkable collaboration is set along the serene shoreline of Lake Osceola in Winter Park, Florida showcasing how architecture, technology and sustainability can coexist beautifully. Alair Homes, in partnership with Michael Wenrich Architects and Mills Design Group, created this spectacular home that blurs the boundaries of indoor and outdoor living.

With six bedrooms and eight baths, expansive windows capture natural light and serene lake views, with a curated material palette of warm neutrals and refined textures evokes a sense of calm sophistication.

With 16,000 square feet under roof, including just under 8,000 square feet of living space, the home also features approximately eight thousand feet of sub-terranean mixed use space.

Within that space, there is an 18-car garage equipped with an elevator and automated parking system, a video arcade, full home theater, home gym, sauna and cold plunge, and a kitchenette complete with a draft beer station. It even has a rotating turnstile to showcase your latest rare showpiece acquisition. It truly is the epitome of a “man cave.”

A detached lakeside office offers a secluded retreat for focused, private work.

The outdoor living includes an infinity-edge pool, outdoor kitchen, lounge terraces, and a lakeside dock. As the lawn terraces toward the water, gathering spaces with lounge seating and firepits are thoughtfully placed throughout the grounds. This home was designed for entertaining.

For the first time in the history of The New American Home program, this showcase residence is tied directly to a philanthropic initiative, blending the spirit of craftsmanship with compassion.

The homeowner, philanthropist Jason Eichenholz, is matching in-kind sponsor donations dollar-for-dollar to support Jonathan’s Landing’s goal of providing 500 homes and 5,000 jobs for adults on the autism spectrum. Sponsors include LG Electronics and Signature Kitchen Suite (SKS) , Bedrock Wireless, Clopay, Cosentino, Euro-Wall, Fi-Foil, Lutron, Nichiha, Rinnai, Thermory, and many others.
