HIGH POINT – has created a lineup that brings designers, thought leaders and tastemakers together to talk about community-building and the future of health-based design.

All Crystorama-hosted events will take place in the Crystorama Showroom, IHFC Hamilton Wing, H241, unless otherwise noted. Here’s what the lighting company as planned:

Saturday, April 25

12–2 p.m.

Set Your Intention: Live Painting with Fine Artist Lori Johnson & Sherwin-Williams

During this immersive gathering, guests will be invited to write a personal intention, a word that reflects what community means to them. In collaboration with Sherwin-Williams, fine artist Lori Johnson will create personalized small-format original works from her Village series, incorporating hues from the Sherwin-Williams Anthology ColorMix 2026 palette into each one-of-a-kind painting. The first 30 attendees will receive their custom artwork as a keepsake, celebrating intention, color and the collective spirit of design.

3–4 p.m.

Community as a Business Strategy: Panel Discussion

Designers DuVäl Reynolds, Jaclyn Isaac and Nikki Watson, moderated by Antonio DeLoatch, engage in a candid conversation about why community is foundational to growth in an industry built on relationships.

4–6 p.m.

Welcome Party: A Community Meet + Greet with Our Tastemakers

Following the panel, guests are invited to continue the conversation in a relaxed social setting. This welcome gathering brings together Crystorama Tastemakers Antonio DeLoatch, DuVäl, Elizabeth Scruggs, Jaclyn Isaac, Jewel Marlowe, Marie Cloud, Nicole Culler, and Nikki Watson, alongside designers and industry peers for an informal meet-and-greet.

Sunday, April 26

Crystorama is supporting the Science in Design keynote presentation from the High Point Market Authority exploring how and biophilic principles inform environments that foster well-being. The session, from 3- 4 p.m. in the High Point Theater, examines the intersection of beauty, research and sensory experience in shaping healthier, more intentional spaces.

4:30–6 p.m.

Science in Design: Cocktail Reception & Meet + Mingle

Following the keynote, Crystorama will host a cocktail reception with keynote host Mike Peterson, joined by Angela Harris, Kat Blue, Erica McLain, Marie Cloud, Gabrielle Kozhukh-Joo—each certified in Science in Design—and Michelle George of BSB Design. The reception brings together the creative minds behind the Virtual Designer Showhouse, Design Filtered Through the Lens of Neuroaesthetics and Biophilic Design.

Monday, April 27

11 a.m.

North Carolina Women of Design Brunch

Crystorama will host the North Carolina Women of Design Brunch in partnership with Tastemaker Nicole Culler. Designers are invited to join us for brunch, meet members of the Women of Design community, and learn more about the organization’s mission to support and elevate female leaders in the industry. Guests will enjoy a guided showroom tour, explore Crystorama’s latest introductions, and connect with both the Women of Design network and the Crystorama team. RSVP: [email protected]

2 p.m.

In Conversation: Design, Media & Market

Marie Cloud of Indigo Pruitt Design Studio, DuVäl Reynolds of DuVäl Design, Ashley Hughes of Muse Noire, Brooklyn Banks of BRICC Agency, and Moderator Ericka Saurit of Saurit Creative will discuss the intersection of design, media and market growth. This candid conversation explores how designers build sustainable practices while navigating storytelling, media visibility, and brand partnerships without losing clarity of voice.
