HIGH POINT — WithIt, the women’s leadership development network for the home and furnishings industry, has set its lineup of networking events to take place during the upcoming High Point Market.
On Sunday, April 26, 2026, WithIt will host its Spring Education Breakfast presented by Myriad Software at The Factory at Congdon Yards from 7:30-9 a.m. The breakfast will be headlined by award winning business speaker Ross Bernstein, who will present “The Champion’s Code: Building Relationships Through Life Lessons of Integrity and Accountability from the Sports World to the Business World.”
Bernstein will share lessons from the world of championship sports teams and how those same principles drive success in business. He shares stories about sports figures and real-world business examples to explore what it takes to build a culture of excellence, strengthen relationships and lead with integrity in today’s fast-changing business environment.

Bernstein has a connection with the furniture industry as the son and grandson of a Minnesota furniture retailer. His brother, Andy Bernstein, is the CEO of FurnitureDealer.Net, sponsor of the talk.
Tickets for the education breakfast range from $35 to $50, which includes a hot breakfast and networking, and is open to nonmembers. There is limited parking behind the Factory at Congdon Yards for use during the event.
In addition to the Spring Education Breakfast, WithIt will host its Market Networking event at 4:30-6 p.m., April 24, at the Sunbrella Activation in the walkway between Showplace and the Transportation Terminal. This free event, hosted by Sunbrella, is open to anyone looking to network with other professionals in the home and furnishings industry.
