WELLAND, ONT. — Canadian Metal Buildings (CMB) has unveiled plans for a new advanced pre-engineered metal building manufacturing facility in Welland, Ont.
Set on a future 12-acre site, the expansion is being designed to support greater speed, precision, reliability and long-term production capacity as demand continues to grow across the market, explains a release from the company.
The new facility will be 100,000 square feet, including office space and supporting infrastructure.
“With a strong focus on workflow, automation, efficiency and scalability, the Welland expansion is expected to create a more seamless experience for the people who matter most to CMB: its builders, customers, and team members,” states the release.
The facility is expected to be fully operational by February 2028.
