Flos’ Bilboquet, the adjustable table lamp designed by Philippe Malouin, has been awarded the 2026 ADI Compasso d’Oro, an industrial design award dedicated to Italian design. The lamp received the award “for combining research, sustainability and ease of use in an object with a strong contemporary identity,” according to a release from Flos. Bilboquet is composed of two colored cylinders connected by a magnetic sphere that acts as a joint, allowing the head to rotate freely and direct light precisely and easily.

Flos also received an Honorable Mention for SuperWire by Formafantasma, a modular system of lights developed from a hexagonal base module composed of glass panels, fitted with an ultra-thin, flexible LED filament that emits a warm, uniform light along its entire length.
