Designed by Solterre Design and Studio MNA, the development will feature rental homes that are designed to support a diverse mix of residents while incorporating sustainable building practices and energy-efficient design, explains a release.
The build is also located 600 metres from the campus grounds of Acadia University.
Construction has started, “with the project marking another significant investment in housing across Nova Scotia and reinforcing both organizations’ commitment to building communities that are resilient, sustainable and designed for future generations,” the release adds.
