Bailey brings more than 20 years of international experience across the project lifecycle. She is a chartered civil and structural engineer who has delivered major international projects before transitioning into large-scale business management and operational leadership.
In her new role, Bailey will, WSP says, focus on operational excellence across WSP’s UK & Ireland business, strengthening project execution and business operations to ensure teams are supported, empowered and equipped to succeed. She will also work with the leadership team to translate business priorities into high-performance operations across the region.
