Working plans call for the construction of a 1,700-room hospitality development; and 5,736-unit multi-residential development. Project to include 124 ski runs over 668 hectares of terrain, three gondolas, 18 chairlifts, three lodges on the mountain, 1700 hotel units and 5736 housing units, hiking and biking trails, and commercial space.
