More than 100 guests joined Designers Today on Sunday of High Point Market to celebrate its Power List designers and 40 Under 40 honorees at the brand’s first-ever Sip & Flip event at Suites at Market Square.

Editor Andrea Lillo opened the program before introducing emcee Jaye Anna Mize of Future Snoops, who led the lively “What’s Hot, What’s Not” discussion. On-stage designers Stacy Garcia, Jessica Duce, Kerrie Kelly and Christa O’Leary debated trends ranging from performance fabrics and shades of green to cold plunge pools. Audience members – equipped with double-sided paddles reading “Love it” on one side and “Not for me” on the other – then weighed in themselves.
Following the panel, Designers Today recognized its Power List designers from both 2024 and 2025. The Power List annually recognizes designers in the industry who are making an impact through their leadership, collaboration and launches; those on the list who attended Sip & Flip received Power List lapel pins. Lillo then announced Designers Today‘s inaugural 40 Under 40 honorees, who received commemorative plaques.
After the ceremony, guests stayed to mingle, toast the honorees and enjoy the chance to network and celebrate the industry.
The event was made possible by sponsors Sunbrella Interiors, Woodard, Hydeline Furniture Design Program, Caracole and Renwil, with Renwil adding a creative touch through live painting during the event. One attendee, chosen at random, will receive the finished abstract artwork.
The first 50 guests received swag bags sponsored by Craftmaster Furniture, Portmerion Group, Bellona, Parker Southern and Temple Furniture.
