Bullivant has promoted Gareth Griffiths from residential division manager of the company’s south-central region lead the residential division across England and Wales.
Jim Hargrave has been promoted from regional manager of Bullivant’s Northeast & Yorkshire region to commercial director.
Both divisional director roles are new positions, designed to sharpen market focus, enhance operational efficiency and support long-term growth, the company said.
