Women in Lighting will hold a reception during Lightovation in January. The event, “Diamonds, Denim & Discussion,” is scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 11 from 4- 5:30 p.m. in WAC Group‘s showroom, and will include a Cowboy Hat Bar at which the first 100 attendees can decorate their own hat.
During the event, attendees will also have a chance to purchase the brand-new Women in Lighting pin and a commemorative t-shirt from the 2025 ALA Conference in Louisville, both featuring the group’s new logo design, for $20. Every purchase supports the Women in Lighting Scholarship Fund.
The reception also presents an opportunity to join Women in Lighting’s mentorship groups — small, focused networks that provide women in the lighting industry with meaningful ways to connect and share knowledge during monthly virtual sessions.
All Lightovation attendees, regardless of gender or ALA membership, are invited to attend.
