The showrooms on the 17th floor of AmericasMart Atlanta are banding together for an all-day event during the winter market.

Building on the success of a summer market collaboration, key showrooms on the 17th floor of Building 2 at AmericasMart Atlanta are coming together once again for a celebratory event: “Sparkle All Day on 17: Sip, Snack, Shop & Score.” The all-day celebration will take place on Thursday, Jan. 15, and was designed to reward retailers for spending time discovering, ordering and connecting.

“The summer event showed what’s possible when showrooms come together to create a more connected experience for retailers,” said Scott Harper of Harper Group. “This winter event builds on that momentum and gives buyers even more reasons to spend time on the floor.”

From morning through afternoon, participating showrooms will create a festive, hospitality-driven experience to engage with buyers. The day kicks off with fresh mini donuts from Yonutz served in each participating showroom in the morning. In the afternoon, roving servers will surprise buyers in the halls with mini pies from Schmoo-Pies. Drinks will be served throughout the day in participating showrooms.

Retailers who visit participating showrooms will also have the opportunity to enter to win a $1,000 gift card. Throughout the event, the 17th floor will also spotlight Heart on Main Street, inviting retailers to contribute to its mission of supporting independent Main Street businesses affected by natural disasters.

Participating showrooms include: Anne McGilvray; Blake Road Collection; Briarwood Lane; Designworks Collective; Harman; Just Got 2 Have It; The Harper Group; The Royal Standard; and Two’s Company.

“This business has always been about relationships and enjoying the process,” said Anne McGilvray of Anne McGilvray. “If we can make market feel even more welcoming and a little more fun, then we’re doing our job.”

With surprise treats, generous hospitality, a major giveaway, and a shared commitment to independent retail, the 17th floor is setting the tone for a market day that feels memorable, rewarding, and worth savoring. To match the celebratory tone, teams across the floor will be dressed in sparkly attire.
