Drew Barrymore’s Westchester Estate
Drew Barrymore has put her country house in Harrison, N.Y., back on the market, just two years after buying and renovating it. Her asking price is $4.995 million.
The nearly 12-acre estate is about 22 miles north of Manhattan, where Ms. Barrymore, a TV host and actor, has her main residence and films “The Drew Barrymore Show.” She bought the sprawling property for $4.4 million in 2024 after selling a home in the Hamptons.
The house encompasses 5,600 square feet and has five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half-baths, along with a conservatory and several fireplaces.
There is a heated pool and a pool house with an additional bedroom and full bathroom, as well as a guest cottage with a sleeping loft and full bathroom. And there’s also a pond and stream on the gated woodsy grounds.
