Transformation of the former Village Cartier shopping centre in Gatineau at a cost of approximately $1.3 billion. The project will include the construction of up to 2,600 residential units, 192,000 square feet of retail space, and 182,000 square feet of office space. Local businesses, green spaces, and community spaces are also planned to create this new living environment.
