Design plans call for the construction of a 2,600-unit multi-residential development; for the demolition of a retail development; 182,000-square-foot office development; 192,000-square-foot retail development; and for site work for a multi-residential development. Transformation of the former Village Cartier shopping centre in Gatineau at a cost of approximately $1.3 billion. The project will include the construction of up to 2,600 residential units, 192,000 square feet of retail space, and 182,000 square feet of office space. Local businesses, green spaces, and community spaces are also planned to create this new living environment.
