Two lighting companies made executive appointments just ahead of the Lightovation show in Dallas this week.

Lent brings 25 years of leadership and operational management experience in the lighting industry to Alteck at a pivotal time in the company’s growth, Alteck said. Alteck made its industry debut one year ago.

Lent, who most recently served as senior vice president at Kalco Lighting and Allegri Crystal, “has cultivated deep expertise in operations, e-commerce sales and technology integration, making her an asset in navigating the evolving market landscape,” Alteck noted in a press release.

“Riki brings expertise in sales, marketing, and operations,” said Alteck President Bob De’Armond. “Her experience, leadership, and commitment to excellence will be invaluable as we move into our next phase of growth. Her past work with industry leaders fuels future success and achievement for Alteck.”

Gardner has more than 18 years of experience across numerous channels of retail distribution, Atlas said.  Most recently, she was director of lighting assets sales & customer service at Savoy House. Prior to that, she was sales manager for North America at Capital Lighting Fixture Co. in Flowery Branch, Ga. She also served as vice president of operations and sales manager at R. Brown & Associates Lighting Sales Agency; sales representative at Forman & Associates Lighting Sales Agency; and as a regional account manager at Kichler Lighting.

“Jill’s passion for the lighting industry and her proven leadership in sales make her an ideal addition to our executive team,” said Atlas CEO Todd Webb. “Her extensive knowledge and relationship-building skills will be instrumental as we continue to build our wholesale presence and deliver innovative, high-quality lighting and home solutions to our partners across the country.”

Gardner will be based out of Atlas Lighting and Home’s office in Rabun Gap, Georgia, and will oversee the company’s national sales strategy.
