HIGH POINT — One of the highest honors a creative professional can receive, an International Society of Furniture Designers Pinnacle Award recognizes brilliant designers who envision and craft pieces that become sought-after home furnishings. Their works are produced and marketed by both large and small companies, but with a common goal—to proudly demonstrate that artistry, craft, and innovation are essential drivers of marketplace success.
The recipients of this year’s Pinnacle Awards were announced at the annual gala held Monday night in the International Home Furnishings Center 11th floor Ballroom.
“Winning a Pinnacle Award is indeed a powerful recognition that, in some cases, has been known to advance individuals’ careers and companies’ reputations,” said David Blair, executive director of ISFD. “I want to congratulate everyone who was recognized as our industry’s top design leaders. They are shaping the future of our retail floors and influencing what consumers see and buy.”
