Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Regina, Saskatchewan. Working plans call for the construction of a 501,000-square-foot data center facility; and 54,000-square-foot office development. Construction of a 300 MW data centre and research complex to be located on a parcel of land bound by Park St and on the north of Old Hwy 16. Scope of work consists of multiple 5-MW, low rise data centre structures (approx. 501,000 S.F.); approx. 54,000 S.F. of administrative office buildings; and include a substation to bring the required power to the data centres.
